After having obtained in 2008 a major contract with a European leading car manufacturer Gekatex SAS based in Northern France together with their subsidiary in P.R. of China launch their Filtration Product Line.

The new business will focus on media development and converting technologies.

Clean air and water is a global issue and recycling and purifying oils and liquids will play a major role in the coming decade. Gekatex has developed together with their suppliers innovative automotive, industrial and human protection filtration media and filter products.

We are working towards a global dust and air control system incorporating not only filter media but also dust and air control systems including offerings of machines and services to the industry as a whole, says Ronald Beys, Managing Director.  The company is working closely together with a leading German System and Service Company to offer Oil and Humidity Separators, Welding and Industrial Vacuuming Systems which will enable Gekatex SAS to meet specific customer needs through the development of innovative technology and customized machinery.  Our production unit in China has started a brand new production of dust barrier curtains with newest state of the art impregnation technology and the range will be completed early 2009 with peelable coatings and dust control coatings. 

Our range of products goes from Needlepunched Nonwovens for heavy duty filtration up to polyethylene terephthalate or polypropylene in chemical and spunbonded versions.  Our long years of experience in non wovens enabled our company to work with spray bonded, thermal bonded, needled and airlaid or combinations of these technologies.  The portfolio will cover coolant and lubrication filters and dust control collection filters and expanded offers will be made in oil, liquid, gas turbine and heating and ventilation filtration.

Our products are designed to meet specific performance requirements and our customers will be supported by our team working together closely in their own laboratories to ensure our range corresponds to their needs.

After a splendid 2008 , 2009 will be an even more busy year for Gekatex SAS who announced more expansion plans in the months to come to reach global market targets within the industrial segments.
