Mr. Dario Balta , General Manager of the brand new Company announced in the local press the opening of a new converting plant under the name of Gekatex Sarajevo. 5th March 2008 GEKATEX granted new buffing pads contract to VW Wolfsburg and continue their march into Asia to compete with Japan’s leading OEM suppliers. Gekatex top priority focus goes to the development of new polishing and surface treatment systems for automotive OEM. Thanks to competitive Asian sourcing structures and newest product developments , Gekatex has started first supply of newly developped buffing pads to VW Group in Germany and Latin America. First week of March intensive testing programs have also lead to the innovation of dual fibre pads with finest wool and microfibre technologies all combined into one single step polishing pads and compound systems. read more |

Ltd. are granted the contract to supply Nonwoven Oil and Coolant Filter finished goods to Volkswagen WW Group New product development has taken Bero Company based in Qingyuan PR of China towards the completion of an agreement to supply finished goods of technical Oil and Cooling filter media to VW Group Worldwide. Supported by VW Beschaffung Wolfsburg and VW Group China , Bero and Gekatex will start supply of Hi-Tech Flame Retardant Nonwovens to a variety of plants based in Europe, Asia and Latin America. read more |
